If you don’t have the app installed:<ol start='1' class='list-decimal'><li>Select Install Maximizer CRM for Outlook below and complete the installation (<a class='text-black underline' href='https://support.maximizer.com/hc/en-us/articles/29774990283021-Microsoft-Outlook-Integration-Installation-Maximizer-CRM-app-for-Outlook' target='_blank'>Installation Guide</a>)</li><li>In the app, open the menu (☰) → Enable sync capabilities</li><li>Turn on Email sync and Save changes</li><li>Return to Maximizer and choose which contacts to auto-save emails for.</li></ol>
